By purchasing an adoptable from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions
- You can make small changes to the character, but don't end up completely taking away the essence of the character!
- Give history, name, etc. It's all right.
- Credit me for her original design.
- Designs given by me for free in sweepstakes, must not be sold! Only trade or gift given! (You can only sell when you have at least 3 arts at a fair price!)
- Designs purchased from me can only be resold for the same price you purchased, unless you have extra artwork.
Commercial use:
- In the case of commercial use, you will be paying extra fees.
By paying the fee, you will have the right to use the design in any use that can generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gain, such as using the character for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes , etc.), involve streaming or making a profit (e.g. using the design/character as a Vtuber template). - Commercial fee: x1.5 or x2 of base price depending on project.
