Rin is a homicide detective, and is occasionally brought in to help out in other units. He is one of the best officers in his unit and never lets a single piece of evidence slip through his fingers. Rin never trusts anyone with a case assigned to him and pays attention to any evidence and intel they receive. He has saved multiple people in the process of his work and many look up to him. Whenever someone thanks him he just replies with 'I did it because it's my job.' and gives them the cold shoulder. Rin never mentions anything about his family as it can lead the criminals straight to his weak point. He doesn't like small talk and will often speak in a cold, blunt manner.
Appearance
Rin has short, pink hair, which covers his forehead. His eye shape is narrow and his eye colour is a light blue. He stands at 1.83 m with a toned/ muscular build. He enjoys a grunge clothing style but keeps it pretty simple. For work he usually wears plaid black and white pants, a black long sleeved shirt with shoulder cut outs, and black gloves. He wears white boots that go up just below his knee and a chromatic jacket with buckles. When he isn't working he likes to wear black jeans (sometimes with rips or holes near the knees), along with a simple long sleeved shirt/ overlay sheer tops/ ripped knitted tops which are overlayed on a black or white singlet. He also likes to wear ankle high boots with buckles, laces or zippers. He is always seen wearing a bell choker, and he owns different sizes so he can pear them with his outfits. Rin does not wear any earrings or rings, but he does like to occasionally pair his choker with a simple small chain/ dog-tag/ ring necklace or something with a small pendant. He dresses for mobility rather than purely for style but he always makes sure that he looks decent.

Rin's little sister. She's very outgoing and likes to go out on weekends. Rin always hangs out nearby if she goes out late so that he can make sure she is safe. She always jokes about Rin being over-protective but she is grateful that he hangs around because she feels like she can focus on her friends rather than her surroundings. Rin has a very close relationship with Stacy and they rarely argue.
