Used to be an outlander in Zira's Pride. She didn't want to do what Zira planned, but went along with it because she felt forced and trapped. Zira didn't like Toni because she was "too pretty" and would force Toni to rub dirt on her face and fur. Toni was pregnant during the war with the Pridelanders, but Zira didn't care and forced her to partake in the battle by threat of torture or death.
