“They’re amber.”

The kid said it so matter-of-factly that it made Worick pause. He’d always known he had yellow-orange eyes, and he’d assumed they had stayed the same when he went blind. Revi had obviously seen them before, why was he only just now realizing their color?

“How’d you not notice they were yellow?” He chose to say with a lopsided smirk and raised brow.

“No, they’re amber.” Revi repeated, as if the color held some sort of significance.
