rules:
a character's value is added if you commissioned an artist to draw them, or create personal art of them. gift arts and art trades do not add to the character's current value

the value of your art you set it as will be cut to 50%, ex: for commissions, your $30 halfbody will be cut to 15$ to avoid people taking advantage on making profit on my designs by creating their art they set at a high value with no effort. this is only if you own the character, not when you create commissioned art for others that own the character designed by me.

the art you commissioned from other artists will only retain their full value.

always credit my designs with my toyhouse, tumblr, twitter,
and instagram username (i go by hypligdrika in all of those sites)

you can:
redesign them, change their name, put them in a story, make CS (closed species) versions of them, and make physical real-life items of them

trade the character away once the cooldown has passed

do not:
change the character's design to the point it's unrecognizable

remove my signature - you can move them around if it gets in the way, but NEVER EVER erase them

remove my designs off of toyhouse, or set them to private without authorizing me or giving me an access key to see them as my design page serves as an archive of all of the characters i designed.

resell the characters for more than it's base value and selling a design you got for free in any way.

make content of the character that shows them condoning, glorifying or doing immoral acts unless you do not support their actions, and it is for added story purposes, in which the story and the event it takes place in should be tagged accordingly. if i see you do this with the intended purpose of making the character a supporter of an immoral interest that you just so happen to consume and condone in a daily basis (ex: making the character a LGBTQphobe because you want people that are a part of the LGBTQ community suffer and want people do the same), you will be blocked and be placed in a permanent blacklist.
