Arabella Mata's Ownership

If you take possession of any of my original designs, the following terms must be followed: 1.) All artistic credit for the original design must be given to me, with a link to my profile. "lettiebear" must be displayed in full and should hyperlink to my TH page. This should automatically be the case when transfers occur. 2.) Under no circumstances should the "creator" description be edited with my original designs. If for any reason I come across a character that I designed that does not show credit, I will send one message as an issued warning. If the credit is not issued correctly within 72 hours, it will be reported as art theft. 3.) I have specified transferability for each character based on my own personal determination of whether or not I believe it should be resellable or not. By default, most characters can be regifted or retraded -- characters that I held very dearly to myself will not be transferable at all more often than not, and characters that I did not particularly care about will have full authorization for reselling, gifting, trading, whatever. Whatever setting I enter must be adhered to. 4.) If you transfer, trade, gift, or sell one of my designs, you must update me to let me know who the new owner of the design is. 5.) If the design is nontransferable and you decide you no longer want it, DO NOT delete it. Message me to let me know you no longer desire possession of the design and I will take it back.
