Subject 2216's Ownership

The client has the right to: - Change the design to their liking. - Use the design in the creation of their own artwork and stories. - Give the design to a person without contacting the artist. (Credit must still be given to the original designer though.) - Sell the design at the original purchased price or lower. (The current owner may sell the design for a higher price alongside any additional art, etc) The client must contact the artist of the purchased design if: - Using the design for commercial use or projects. (I.e, a published comic, story, merch, etc) - Creating NSFW or fetishistic artwork of the design. Under no circumstances may the artist do the following with a purchased design: - Claim full rights of the design unless the design has been drastically altered. - Use the design to promote sexist, racist, fascist, pedophilic, ableist or anti-LGBTQAI+ ideals. Doing so will cause the client to be blacklisted and banned from any future sales. - Sell the design to someone who is known to promote racist, fascist, ableist, pedophilic, sexist, anti-LGBTQAI+, or other harmful/bigoted ideas.
