Ov'aak ("Bessie") (Kepler)

Kepler is the Tigviek in charge of overseeing Ov'aak. He's their man on the ground, working as a spy in order to find out as much about Earth Minor's ruling races as possible. The Tigvieks chose a cow for their ability to be so large and strong while simultaneously blending in with their kin completely. Horses? Too personable. Pigs? Too smart. Chickens? Too fragile.

Kepler takes his job very seriously, perhaps too much so. His life is dedicated to his job and is his entire identity. Kepler is dramatic, dynamic and goal-orientated, seeing himself as a pioneer in a new field, an important soldier on the front lines, and yet...he is very small and adorable. If you ever told him that, he'd probably be very offended and call you some very colorful words in his language, but it's true! He's got a big case of little man syndrome.

Oftentimes coming off as more cartoony than anything, Kepler wants his race to rule Earth Minor and would ideally like to be his race's most respected protector. He's very patriotic and considers other species lesser. Thankfully, he and his race are rather harmless. The Tigviek are stuck on Earth Minor with one spaceship and a cow, and they're not very prepared for world domination, even if they'd insist the opposite. Perhaps the race's goal is simply a farce in order to distract its people while they attempt to escape back home? More of an, "Oops! We meant to do that" than anything. You couldn't convince Kepler of this in a million years.
