- Otto can shapeshift into many different human forms. His favourite is "Ayda", an Arabic woman that represents his origins.
- Otto's natural form is a massive parasitic worm with a human's top cranium with large incisors.
- He loves peppermints and drinking red wine.
- Otto has a sister (many siblings technically) but she is rumored to be missing. He doesn't plan to search for her.
- He does not have eyebrows and they're drawn on.
- Otto wears an eyepatch over this eye (that is the opposite of his exposed eye. It's a black and white target that has a black pupil instead of white) to prevent accidental hypnosis. Ghul'e often use hypnosis to influence prey/humans into false sense of security and do whatever the Ghul commands.
- Otto very rarely uses his hypnosis unless he's in a dire situation. The sensation of hypnotism is an all-over numb tingling sensation, loss of hearing, and unbreaking focus on the ghul's eyes. Those hypnotized are usually fully aware during the process but once it is over, memory of the hypnosis is erased, leaving the victim confused and disoriented like waking up from an unnaturally long nap.
- When expressing emotion, sometimes the rings on his eyes pulsate and "move" similar to that of how repeating patterns of the Powerpuff Girls heart screen moves.
- Otto is the 'eldest' or 'first' Ghul to be birthed from La Ghulah and Iblis
