Reid Narváez

Reid is the playable character for SWIP, so their personality is shaped by the player's choices.

By default, though, they take on the role of the responsible friend. They are logical, but anxiety ridden, so a lot of times the conclusions they come to don't make any fucking sense are somewhat irrational. They're very socially awkward, and can often come across as blunt, but people tend to find that endearing about them.

Reid has always loved nature, plants, and the outdoors in general. Their hobbies include camping, hiking, and taking care of their large collection of houseplants.

Reid became friends with Blaire and Malachi when they were very young. Ever since they were kids, the trio had wanted to become detectives. After ██████ ████████████ ████ ██████████████████ ██████ ████████████ ██████ ████████████████████ ██████ After Malachi's sudden disappearance, Reid became paranoid that they would lose Blaire as well. They pleaded with Blaire to just forget about the whole being detectives thing, fearing that it was too dangerous. Blaire agreed, not wanting to worry Reid, and they eventually went to college together, earning their degrees in journalism.

Reid has also had an extremely obvious crush on Blaire for years. Blaire, however, is completely oblivious to this.
