Neolind is the unchallenged king of the Halloween Horror Fest Parade.* He was born with the ability to know a person's greatest fear just by looking at them. That combined with some illusion magic has made him one of the most feared adventurers in Seruverse. He has fully embraced his reputation of being the living incarnation of fear, but he really wishes people would interact with him more. Most dark lords get extremely loyal subordinates and the occasional simp. He just wants someone to cuddle and play games with.

*Halloween Horror Fest: The Halloween Horror Fest is the Seruverse equivalent of regular Halloween. It takes place during the last week of October. During this time spirits resembling undead monsters become exponentially more common, environments get more dangerous, and goody bags full of costumes and treats start to appear out of nowhere. Trick or treat is done the same except adults also do it regularly and more than just candy is given out. It used to be a very scary time of year, but people got used to it over time, and now it's treated like a somewhat morbid festival.

*Halloween Horror Fest Parade: On the last night of the Halloween Horror Fest the spirits that have not found a way to remain in the material realm gather together and wreak havoc upon upon the world until they all vanish with the rising of the sun. Neolind leads them directing their wrath to places that can handle it, and places he personally wants gone.
