• Percival's wing-arms design was heavily inspired by Gore Magala from Monster Hunter.

• Percival is not human but is coded as black and should be treated as such. Do not draw it with a hairstyle other than its own and do not lean into offensive stereotypes.
• Its wings function as a 2nd pair of arms, and can do anything the normal pair can do like holding objects and making hand gestures.
• It is very tall, skinny, and bony.
• Percy's head can come off at the scar on its neck. It does this to scare people but it doesn't hurt it in any way and can be put back on easily.
• The shadow on Percival's face is only there when it wears a hat of any kind.

Percival is a more fun-having poltergeist than others in its job. Most poltergeist take their job extremely seriously and try very hard to scare people, but Percy tries to have more fun with it than get the best scares. It doesn't like traumatizing people, and prefers to create strange, creepy events. It likes to leave an impact on people but not an extremely negative one, more one that will leave someone with a story to tell. When Percival accidentally goes too far with scaring others it will apologize and try to make things better even though this is seen as very counterproductive for poltergeists. It loves its job and doing its work in its own way, even though it's not technically the best way. It has more sympathy and care for humans than most other demons.

Rank and Role

Poltergeists are a rank of demon which are, to put simply, promoted imps. Poltergeists are not created but rather are imps who through good work and effectiveness are given the chance to do more high profile and respected jobs. These jobs are usually haunting humans through specific locations. They manifest in these locations appearing like a ghost, often doing typical things poltergeists and ghosts haunting locations are known to do. This is usually the end goal for most imps as it's seen as fulfilling their purpose. Most imps do not qualify for this promotion though and only the best make it.
