Vulcanis "Vee" Inferno

My first ever OC that I actually took off with, the boy I base all my interactions around, and hopefully not my LAST OC... 

Vulcanis was an experiment that went right, a combat-based experiment in imbuing the destructive, fiery force behind heat in a living subject. Lab testing on the lanky, 6'2" violet fox indicates an incredible heat-resistance in his physique: temperatures created within the lab and tested upon him have barely scorched the purple fur on his arm, and he was able to run a finger through molten rock as if it were warm clay. Furthermore, through complex gene alterations and extensive nano-surgery on his entire body, Vulcanis is able to channel heat through his body through chemical processes that stem from the literal burning of calories that he consumes. Concentrating it into the orange pads of his fingers, tips of his claws, or any part of his body in short, controlled periods expends minimal calories, though it's estimated that, with a high enough caloric intake, he could theoretically reach temperatures that surpass the burning point of most man-made metals and alloys. Only materials with an extremely high melting point are advisable in containment, as well as anything that acts as a natural heat sink.
