Ymalae Jhalet

Y malae is a peculiar man, obsessed with anatomy, psychology and of course, himself. He calls himself a psychologist, whether this is genuine or not isn't clear. He's meticulous about his image and has a very materialistic view on the world. He'll turn his nose to anything that isn't him, and has no care for "higher power." As far as Ymalae is concerned, he's on top, and everyone answers to him. Ymalae is convinced there is entirely nothing wrong with him.

CHILDHOOD Being put on a pedestal has never gone so wrong. Ymalae was raised in a small, aristocratic violetblood community. Older adult violets and lusii worked together to raise violet children, they were taught their worth, rules of society and homeschooled the basic liberal arts. As a young child Ymalae thrived in this environment. He excelled in his studies, and became known as one of the smartest children in the community. One can only imagine how this treatment can inflate someone's ego, how it can blow their confidence way out of proportion. He was praised by the older violets, and often was displayed to the other children as a role model, someone to strive to be. Ymalae was never a kind person, he wasn't raised to be. He was always sour and bitter. Being treated the way he was only replaced these feelings with disgustingly overwhelming pride and a self image that was above everyone he'd ever meet or hear of. Ymalae began to grow isolated after a while, believing he was too good to interact normally with others. His newfound pretentiousness made him grow unlikeable. He pursued a life in solitude.
