Quick personality: Charles is the epitome of classy, he has manners in whatever situation he's in, making sure to be very polite even if under his breath he's extremely snarky with whoever he's interacting with. He's always enjoyed listening to music but has only focused on instruments above all else, learning the piano at a young age by accidentally pressing a bunch of keys when he was a pup, it startled him at first so he avoided it, but he quickly became interested in playing it when he grew a bit older. Though, with that skill came consequences, he has a bad habit of looking down on others because he thinks of himself as superior, especially his sister, he frequently tries mocking and teasing her with no success, she isn't phased and continues doing what she loves, if he goes a step too far however she won't hesitate to put her sibling in place and shut him up. He hates to admit it but him and Tori are a great duo as a pianist and singer, usually he tries ignoring the praise they both get and the wishfulness of the other dogs for them to join forces more often since he's not willing to say that she's just as good as him. Even with all of that though, he can be quite protective of his sister, he won't show it in front of her if he can but if someone picks on her he won't stand for it and will defend her to the point of that other dog or person having to think at least twice before approaching her again, lest they have to deal with an angry younger brother.
