A fisherman who bargains for his life with food. Surprisingly, a lot of people will decide not to shoot you if you offer them a good meal. He sells his fish or sometimes cooking services in return for protection or just like... you know, leaving him alive. He lives in a shack by a large landmark lake, so many people know of him and, deciding he's a non-threat, just don't mess with him. No point in killing an innocent man, right?

He's originally from Earth. He's just a graffiti artist who probably pissed off the wrong person by accident, and now he's here, in a battle royale death game. ...Where he makes a living selling fish. Well, it's working out for him, at least.

Has likely had to bludgeon someone to death with his fishing rod before. He also knows how to operate one of this big stationary harpoon guns (and has a handheld one too!). He actually is a threat, he just has no reason to pick fights, and killing people is less of a hassle. 

Probably disposes of dead bodies by feeding them to a large freshwater shark - that is likely a mutant - that lives in the lake.

Generally, he's actually a pretty chill and friendly guy. Believe it or not.
