BASIC INFO

• Adoptive son of Asmodeus. Works for him as well. Most respected employee for obvious (biased) reasons but sometimes it really doesn't seem that way.
• Was stolen adopted by him at a young age (~6).
• Goes along with basically all of Asmodeus's stupid choices (albeit reluctantly most times).
• Asmodeus sends him out to explore the world a lot. Usually just for fun.
• He also works as Asmodeus's debt collector, though.
• Consented to having a "curse" placed on him that fully activates in the event that he gets killed by someone who has it out for Asmodeus.
• This curse is visible in the form of the unnatural "shadow" over part of his face.
• Will literally detonate upon being killed and the curse will be passed on if they survive it. Activates from natural death as well. Fun for the whole family!
• It can also be used to track people (including Val himself) and serves as a weird way of communication too. Sorta hard to explain.

PERSONALITY

• Can be sort of a wet blanket at times, since he's in work mode a lot of the time.
• Full of himself to an extent sometimes.
• Shows off his skills when he gets like that.
• Somewhat anxious around family that isn't Asmodeus.
• Takes time to warm up to people properly.
• A really paranoid person, but doesn't show it.
