Mental health mention: While I never will specifically mention what my characters have, Mr. L has a mental disability and this greatly impacts how he grows up and his story.

Ableism: The society he lived in growing up believed people with disabilities (both physical and mental) are signs of "imperfections."

Verbal, mental and child abuse: because of the stated above, Mr. L is disregarded heavily by his family due to being born with a diability, they have worsened his condition by abandoning him and due to how they treated him when they realized he wasn't their idea of perfection.
