Eti Arvov (snakes are Ruscoe, Poirot, and i havent decided the last one)

he's a council member of some sort idk what he does, prolly taxes lmao

has telepathic communication with the snakes; the snakes have little communication or thought abilities since they have small brains lol. the snakes grow from his scalp

the snakes get rly cold in the board room n try to snuggle against him so he's often pulling them off of each other or his throat. in general, they're usually wrapping themselves around him.
