Osaka happens to be one of the older Spikedpeach designs and Noxi treasures him to bits. From the moment she laid eyes on him she had the perfect idea for what his personality was going to be. Osaka is your typical NPC type. He's a fisherman who wakes up too god damn early and goes to bed way too late. He's jolly and appreciates those who can tell a good joke or two. He wishes to return the favor but is actually really bad at telling jokes. He relies heavily on puns and 'dad jokes'. Overall he's pretty friendly and always willing to teach other Sushi Dogs the joy of fishing. Just make sure to be quiet or else you will spook the fish! You can't catch a fish if you're going to be a loud mouth. If anything you're just going to be hungry because you missed your meal! Lowkey he has a crush on Pino but she's so oblivious to it, it hurts!

Osaka's magical ability aids with his job of catching fish. The lure on the end of his tail rod acts like a genuine lure, making fish immediately drawn to it. Just place his tail and water and in mere seconds he is able to catch a delicious bass or two! Whenever he catches a fish he will recite a fun fact or funny pun related to the fish caught. This is some what of a tribute to Animal Crossing because Noxi enjoys fishing in Animal Crossing to the point it's too painful.
