Peony

Full name is Peony Chan. 

She's the rambunctious, outspoken daughter of of Hak Jow. Her mother passed away when she was a toddler due to a long battle with breast cancer. As a result, she was raised by her father in a small flat in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Although she and her father don't see eye to eye she deeply loves him and appreciates the sacrifices he constantly makes for her. She only hopes that he can turn his life around before she loses him...

She wears pink makeup and tail extensions. The tail extensions are there as she had her tail surgically docked due to it being deformed when she was born. Peony also inherits blindness in one eye from her father.
