They know many things especially plant and wild life based info. They know how to treat injuries,illness and more. They took medical education but didn't end up selected for the medical jobs due to the career preference for larger dragons and ones that are less likely to come to work with dirt on their claws.
Poppy is quite friendly but is protective of Lumen. Poppy will keep lumen very close to them when meeting new people(will be continued)
They found Lumen after a solid storm hit. Lumen's robotic caretaker was damage to the point of no longer being operational. Lumen was scared and confused so Poppy curled around him and kept him warm. Lumen began to follow and cling onto Poppy so Poppy adopted him.
