Benjamin can be typically described as the jack of all trades yet master of none. He works multiple jobs at the moment: one as a traveling salesman, the other as a conman private eye in Desert's Edge. Quick to run away when things get tense or dangerous, he's one of the most trickiest characters in Desert's Edge next in line to Mack.

The best way to describe Benjamin is to start off with being "The Plainest Bagel". There isn't much to him upon first sight. He grew up relatively close to his parents and decided on his own to move to the cities of Suburbia to look for a life of his own.
In utter awe of the city, Benjamin was immediately filled with hope, from the dazzling lights, the bars to the tall skyscrapers and the people around him. His hopes soon start to crumble while scavenging for a job, having horrible luck landing a job anywhere in the first place and bordering on being homeless. He manages to land a job as a taxi driver for a short time and builds up his money to afford a small, could be better apartment. Under mysterious circumstances, he manages to land himself in Desert's Edge, a planetary system far from his home planet.
After a while, Benjamin manages to land a job back in Suburbia as a door to door / traveling salesman, selling a catalogue of items such as lamps. watches, clocks or trinkets that have gears to them. On the clock, he's a charmer and a good talker but off the clock, he's passive aggressive, tired and witty. As a side job in Desert's Edge, he's a conniving private eye, collecting information on the Elites, Bounties and others to sell and scam others out of their money.
"What can I say about her? She's a lovely woman, someone who I took for granted. She means the world to me, just as Ryder and Mack do. I sometimes think to myself what if we did things differently, but I mostly blame myself for the outcome of things. We're still really good friends though and I couldn't have it any better."
"Some STUPID cowboy who keeps chasing me down and ruining my "job" as a private eye I tell ya. Can't get more annoyin especially with his STUPID smirk and cocky attitude. I have to admit defeat where I see fit but I would be dead without him..and his stupid handsome face. I do genuinely love him, I'm just scared I'll lose him too."
"UGH- The loudmouth. If I had the strength to shut his mouth for one day so HELP me gawd. He always likes to disturb my concentration and drag me everywhere alongside Ryder. Though I can't help but appreciate him for it. I care about him and I know deep inside he does things out of love."
"One of the few elites I'm GENUINELY friends with. Nice guy honestly. He always invites me to his casino to have a jazz session with his jazz band. Hey it gets me a few extra greens at least. Also, he's just a genuinely nice guy to hang out with, also quite handsome.
"I swear women scare me sometimes but THIS gal takes the cake in bein scary. She's a FREAKIN mob boss for cryin out loud! Sometimes I can't tell whether she's upset or just bein sarcastic, it's hard tellin. My run in with Paulie and Tommy, her two right hand men was also an experience that was terrifyin. I do jobs for them sometimes but I would be lyin if I said I felt "safe" around em."
"I am scared. What else can I say? I appreciate him savin my behind from bein lost in the forest but by GOD is he huge and terrifying. He's sweet though, he let me stay in his home for a few days and even let me sleep in his bed. He's very "cuddly" towards me that's for sure.. I won't go into specifics of it."
- While he is weak in nature, he's really good at throwing stuff aggressively and ripping doors off their hinges when angered, annoyed or tired. Can he punch hard? Most likely not.
- He has undiagnosed ADHD!
- Benjamin doesn't know how to react properly to affection so he tries to distance himself from receiving it but fails, latching onto the person ultimately.
- He always carries spices on him just in case any meals he buys is bland.
