Orphan for as long as he can remember, Mitschka has been dumped by his orphanage as soon as he turned 12, after the umpteenth time he had to be hospitalized. During that last hospitalization he met Cedric and the two have been best friends ever since.
Cedric (and Victoria herself) had suggested many times for Mitschka to be taken in Victoria's custody as well, but he always refused. For now, he's been offered a shelter by a local woman in exchange of some little work in her flowershop.
