overall rules:
•credit me, dont remove my signature from pieces. this includes erasing or cropping out watermarks, or changing toyhouse creator credits on my designs
•dont use my art for commercial use please, e.g. selling prints of my art. using character designs ive made for commercial use is fine as long as it’s your art and not just you selling mine
design-specific rules:
•redesigning is fine ! but you still need to credit me for the og design
•you can do basically whatever with my designs tbf, as long as you don’t massively upsell them. idm if you upsell them a bit, just nothing ridiculous
•dont sell designs of mine given as a gift - its rlly rude when people sell gifts. you can sell if youve spent money on extra art / made art of them. all gifted designs / designs received for free can only be regifted unless they have extra art
•people on my blacklist can own my designs, they just cant buy from me directly. i genuinely dont care if they get any of my designs
• you can sell adopts you got in one currency in another (e.g. bought in da pts, sold for usd), you can also sell adopts that you did art in exchange for or traded for
