WIP:

-Communications Officer: handles the PA system and maintains contact with crews when exploring new planets or doing missions off the ship 

-Very laidback with a soothing voice, helps put crew at ease during tense situations

-respectful boy! gets along very well with the higher ups and generally isnt a confrontational type of person
