This is a request, I can not force anyone with my designs to do anything. But if you adopt a design I've made and end up deleting them off TH, I'll be less inclinded to sell you adopts in the future.

• 🦈I kindly request that you draw none of my designs in NSFW art/scenarios. I realize that once someone owns a design, they can do whatever they want with it. This is just a boundary I ask people to respect.
• 🦈You may edit the character however you'd like. But you cannot fully claim the design/artwork. You can only claim the edits you did. The original design MUST stay with the character, meaning you must keep the original designs file on hand/on Toyhouse somewhere.
• 🦈You're welcome to co-own a design with someone.
• 🦈Do not sell designs for more than you bought them for. Unless it has paid commissions to increase its value.
• 🦈Use your common sense and don't use my designs for problematic/unacceptable art/scenarios.
