Cooro, coloquially known as an idiot, is a taur usually found by the fishing bay. He's not really a fisher, he just helps the fishermen load their catch for the day offshore. He kicks the water way too much to fish. Despite his clumsiness and tendency to accidentally kick people from behind, he's a genuinely nice boy to be around - he just has no spatial awareness and accidentally knocks things off and into floor.

Cooro is an Earthtaur, i.e. a subspecies of taurs that possess mammalian qualities. His parents were great, godlike Skytaurs, who possessed scales/coldblooded animal qualities. He was likely a runt due to being born an Earthtaur and was left to the village to be taken care of by approximately 30 fishermen.
