Winter

Winter is one of the many racers in Neon City. She's a quiet girl who normally doesn't stand out. Her real personality comes out when she races, showing her much more dramatic and eccentric side. Not afraid to cause a little trouble, Winter can be quite mischievous and doesn't know when to quit, running head first into danger. Like most people, she joins the race for the prize money, which she was going to use to support herself and her family after the family business went bankrupt.
