she's lost track of her age and may not fully comprehend death, time passes differently for ghost types & legendary pokemon. she's capable of her own type of kindness for the few friends she has but is mostly burnt out and doesn't always see the point in reaching out or helping others. she has fun manipulating situations to cause trouble and drama for others without consequences to herself.

i think gengars in general have a bad reputation but are for the most part playful tricksters who don't mean any harm, while rosé is genuinely spiteful and takes joy in being an asshole. rare but not impossible for her to warm up to someone, when she does she takes slights against them very personally and seeks revenge for them whether they really want her to or not
