When the town, tired of Jaika's crimes, demand the King to expulse him from there and the Blood Knight goes to live alone in The Red Inferno (a small island away from them), when he arrives he will meet a joyful nymph, who in curiosity, speaks to him in a playful manner, just to be beheaded by the raging man. But as a magical creature, he can't die so easily, so he comes back to life after, surprising Jaika inmensely. They both develop a strange friendship, Jaika listens to whatever Salcis has to say, and Salcis shows him the wonders of the island, nature and love that life has to offer..."

Summary
Salcis is a nymph who lives in the forest. Isolated for his nymph sisters, he wanders around Red Inferno, taking care of the living creatures on the island. But he feels extremely lonely without his own family.
When Jaika arrives to the island, Salcis will have to share his land with him, The Blood Knight, a total violent man, without any desires or wishes of his own. His complete opposite. What could Salcis do to change him? Is possible to change an assassin?
Design
• Salcis always wears some flowers on his hair (specifically Lycoris Radiata, since they grow up in the island).
• Doesn't wear any clothing, but carries with him a yellow blanket, which helps him to become a butterfly.>
• When it's cold, he still goes around naked.
• Has green eyes.
• Adores nature, he worships Mother Nature as all nymphs do. He also worships the river God.
Trivia
• Salcis was created inspired on a Yoshitaka Amano yellow-greenish color palette used on one of his illustrations on his artbook "The Sky: The Art of Final Fantasy".
• He's vegetarian, but even if he doesn't want to hurt animals, he teaches Jaika how to hunt without making the animals suffer because he knows Jaika would neet to eat animal meat.
• All nymphs are female, but he was born male due an infidelity of his nymph mother with a satyr.
• His yellow cape/blanket functions as transforming wings for his butterfly form, almost always he transforms into an Anteos butterfly species (yellow ones).

Jaika "The Blood Knight"
Jaika is a well trained to kill Knight since he was a little child, the King refers him as "loyal as a dog", because Jaika will do whatever he commands. Has helped to kill thousands of people in order to conquer new lands. He never speaks. Never thinks a lot about his desires, but when he meets Salcis, his life will change completely.
