By purchasing any of the creations I make, or ordering art of your character from me, you agree to abide by these terms in good faith that I have provided, and in return I will abide by these terms in good faith as well.

The Purchaser's Guidelines

1. You shall not trace any artwork I create either from adopts you have purchased from me, or trace any art commissions I have made for you.

2. You may absolutely upload any commissioned art or adopted characters to other sites, however, you absolutely must credit me for it! (Please credit my TH account if you re-upload on there, it's Bowtiewashere as well.)

3. If you have bought a character design (also known as an adopt) from me, you may resell it for the same value you bought it as. If you have commissioned others for art of the character, you may stack the price of the commissioned art piece on top of the original price of the character you bought from me.

4. You may not sell a character I have made that has been traded or gifted to you by me or by others.

5. You may stack prices on art pieces that you have bought from me onto your character's fiscal worth. But, if you have received free art/gift art from me, you cannot put a value onto that art piece.

6. You buy full rights to the character, and buy the art piece that the design is as well. However, this may waver a bit if a character design is for other closed species that I do not own, as you will own the design itself, but you would have to look at the closed species's TOS for anything else.

7. Any withdrawal of bids for the first time from my auctions will result in a suspension of bidding in future auctions. This will last for two weeks. Second time will result in a permanent ban.

8. I do not do refunds. Charge backs will land you with a block. Buy responsibly please.

9. Don't bother trying to guilt trip me into letting you have the adopt. Whining will get you nowhere in life.

10. You may not sell or trade a character you have bought from me or has been designed from me to a person who is on my blacklist.

11. You may not completely change your adopt to where it looks completely unrecognizable! Otherwise, why did you buy it in the first place? However, minor changes like skin, hair, and other stuff like that are ok! If you're unsure about any changes you might wanna do to your character, feel free to ask me! :) (Smile)

12. You may absolutely use it in your published works such as a videogame, movie, book, ect! I don't want any money, all that I ask is that I get credit for the design and species. :)

Failure to follow these rules will first start with a warning, then a block will follow the second time after the warning. I will not trust someone who continues to break my rules even after being warned.

Bowtie's Guidelines

1. If something comes up in my life that causes me to take extra time on a custom or a commissioned art piece, such as family issues, I will notify you about what's happening and how much longer it will take.

2. I will never take more than three weeks, at max, to finish your piece with my current schedule. If for some reason I have taken way longer than this, then don't hesitate to note me, as I either forgot, or I forgot. Or I'm dead. If I'm lucky it's the third option.

3. I may create,and give art pieces to my friends as a little break in between commissions/customs. I also may create other things that are needed for closed species groups, as I have responsibilities in closed species groups that I have to take care of. It's kinda like an art breather, so I don't get burn't out on you!

4. I have the right to reject orders for art that I am not comfortable doing. This includes straight-up porn, anything over political, or something that goes against my moral beliefs.

5. I do not give refunds unless something comes up in my life and I cannot finish the piece.
