Mabel's Ownership

-Always give me or the offline creator credit for the design.

-You can redesign the character as long as you ask me before doing so.

-If you want to co-own one of my designs you have to let me know first.

-You can trade/sell/regift the character, only if you have had them for a week or so.

-If you get the character as a freebie/gift they're worth automatically drops to $0.

-If you receive them as a freebie, you must add atleast 1 extra piece of art (with actual worth, free art doesn't count) to trade/sale them otherwise regift them to someone else.

-You can't use any of my designs for hate speech.

-Don't regift, trade or resell them if their permission is set to "cannot be transferred for any reason." If you want that changed you must message me first.

-Please do not private the character as I want to keep up with them, and if you set them to authorised users only, please also authorise me.

-If a character is given to you without a worth, please don't give them a random worth like $100 but instead ask me or the previous owner if I or they know their original or current worth.

-Don't sell my designs off-site unless you asked me and I gave you full permission, when you do trade them off-site please delete the character and or put them in a "sold off-site" folder.

-If a design is getting tossed around with no end, feel free to send them back to me, I'll see what I'll be able to do with them.

-If I find out you broke any of these rules, you will be put on my blacklist for not following my TOS.
