Prince (Archduke) Aurelia Aliza atwood Dreamglace

Aurelia is one of the many children of the King Bismuth of Fabrem, her 9th born to be specific, his father is Queen Shi-King. He is closest to his older sister Rhondite who he calls 'Rhon'. He is the oldest of his litter including Trickwheat and Snowflake. (The birth order is Opal, Philip, Sasha, West, Tourmaline, Odette, Rhondite, Velvier, Aurelia, Trickwheat, Snowflake. Actually Snowflake might be older than Trickwheat I'm not sure.)

At 25 Aurelia married Calligraphy Stunning. And 9 years later they had their daughter Alexis. 8 years later they had Bastille, Celeste, and Dione.

He has a familiar in his Whimsy lilliputian, Cupcake. Along with Calligraphy Aurelia is "dad" to a lot of lilliputians. (Atm the only one I have figured out is their Starburst lilli, Brownie)

I kind of have Aurelia's life split into two periods rn: Early life being age 0 to about 24? And the rest being 25+. Basically pre-married Aurelia and married Aurelia. Just saying because he changed a decent bit after he started living with Calligraphy and not all these fun facts are 100% applicable to both.

I will now try to compile all the random facts I have about him.

• Aurelia's primary concept is Honesty, so he can sense when someone is honest and sometimes can tell when someone is being explicitly dishonest. His secondary concept that he got after metamorphosis is Hopelessness.
• Aurelia is a very genuine person, he tends to wear his heart on his sleeve and isn't great at lying or masking his emotions. He also tends to expect others to also be genuine which has caused him to struggle quite a bit in court and with other nobles and their kids. Odette's two-facedness really frustrates him. Among court/other nobles (as least as a child/teenager/young adult) he has a reputation of being naïve and gullible but in reality he's not nearly as bad as his reputation makes him out to be, he's gotten much much better at sussing out people's true intentions over the years, plus his concept helps him sometimes.
• Aurelia can be a little oblivious to social cues sometimes, he's not terrible since his royal manners have been drilled into him but he's not stellar. It's something that's caused him to be picked on by other noble children, or at least talked about behind his back.
• Especially by his late teenage years/early twenties Aurelia got pretty fed up with court politics, he was well aware of his reputation for being gullible, naïve, and oblivious and found it somewhat exhausting to deal with some of the nobles. He also despises when nobles and not nobles try to befriend him only because of his status, and has sometimes said he wishes he wasn't a prince at all. (in reality he would hate this)
• Aurelia has also been known to have a short temper and - especially in his younger years - was not above getting into fist fights with his siblings or others. As he grew older he became better at avoiding conflict but is still quick to jump to his own defense but especially to defense of his family and friends, sometimes disproportionally.
• Aurelia is a lover of alchemy and dabbles in magic. Some people have labeled him a bookworm but that gives off the wrong impression.
• Aurelia is a pretty good swordsman but it's not his favorite. When it comes to psychical activities and sports he prefers wrestling and occasionally boxing. 
• Aurelia has a massive sweet tooth. He's many times been called a squeaker but he doesn't usually tend to get along with squeakers. They are competition. That candy is his thank-you-very-much
• Aurelia is very bad at keeping track of time and being on time to things. He struggles with schedules, especially those written by other people for him. He has a tendency to let the hours get away from him while he's reading or doing something similar that takes up his focus. 
• Speaking of focus, when Aurelia gets focused on something he gets focused, everything else fades to the background and it can be difficult for him to be aware of his surroundings. When he gets his mind set on something it's pretty impossible to distract him.
• Aurelia can be pretty cuddly with the people he's close to (especially as an adult) and likes to hug his friends and family a lot. Sometimes too much
• Aurelia had never baked or cooked before prior to marrying Calligraphy but when the two moved to Darkspire and Calligraphy refused to let him hire staff he was forced to learn. He had a very steep learning curve but he grew to greatly enjoy baking and cooking and still did it on occasion even after he and Calligraphy moved back to Fabrem and he finally got staff again.
• He is allergic to dust, learned a spell specifically to deal with dust so he doesn't have to sneeze constantly.
• Aurelia loves to think, and loves a mental challenge. He greatly enjoys trying to recreate the results of something in unconventional ways. Just to see if he can. For example, trying to see if he can recreate the results of a spell only through alchemy. He jumps from hyper focusing on one experiment to the other, interests usually last anywhere from a few days to a few months, but not usually longer than half a year. He's bad at focusing on one thing for too long, he loses interest but may come back to it.
• Part of his royal upbringing but also just part of him, Aurelia is very bad at realizing rules apply to him too. He will frequently try to wiggle out of responsibilities, mostly ones he didn't choose for himself. It just doesn't click that he's not an exception to the rules.
