Many decades after Firestar's leadership, humans have been taking more and more spaces. Forest, mountains and rivers. The population of wild cats have been greatly reduce leaving them no choice but to take in those who wish to abandon their previous life besides the humans, the kittypets.

DoveHeart was born into the IrisClan that, like the flower, thrive on the mountain. It was said that where you could find Irises you could find life and hope. Protected by the forest when needed, hunting birds and rodents in the open fields without problems the IrisClan lived a peaceful life until it was turned upside down by a fire incident provoked by the humans. Forced to look for a new home the clan finally settled in a forest by a river bank close to a small village. However, little did they know that in this village, dwelled a clan of cat as vicious as the BloodClan from long ago...

The Beginning

DoveHeart was born as the only surviving kit of a litter of three. Child of a wild cat and of a former kittypet, she inherited the sharp sense as well as the ability to climb tree from her mother and the cleverness of a kittypet from her father. She was train under BerryDew to hone her climbing ability and be able to be a well rounded warrior capable of using variable type of lands.

DoveHeart was on hunting duty when the fire started, she came back to see the camp in flames, panicked she found the bodies of so many clanmates and among them, her mother and two of her new siblings, searching for survivors she finally meets the rest of the clan on the border of the forest. She found out that her father, that was supposed to be on patrol with others former kittypets saw the fire and escaped without returning to the camp to inform the leader. It was only too late when BlueStorm and another cat from the patrol group turned around to warn the clan.

The middle

After losing her mother and siblings in the fire, Doveheart became hostile to kittypets coming to the IrisClan as new members, she also resented her father for leaving her family in the flame and accuses him of not wanting to truly become a warrior keeping his kittypets mind and cowardise. As she grew up, her relation with her father became awkward. Mourning the death of her mother and sisters, Dove is only comfortable to talk to her little brother that survived the incident thanks to BerryDew.

On their search for a new home, the IrisClan accepted three cat, among them, one became her apprentice by the leader's order, she needed to see former kittypets as a clanmate rather than a boulder being dragged with them. Though they were close in age, their relation was not, and it was mostly because of DoveHeart sour attitude toward the newly named FoxPaw. DoveHeart's mentorship was usually hard, even toward her brother whome was her apprentice before being switched to FoxPaw, but with the later it was merciless, only asking for the best. If it was not for SparrowSpot, DoveHeart would have been harsher on Fox.

Only once they were settled in their new home did she took the time to see kittypets and strays in a new light, she met many of them struggling against Tartarus, she saw their kindness and courage similar to those in a clan.

The End

After driving Tartarus out of the town, DoveHeart slowly mended her relationship with her father and officialy became SparrowSpot's mate who was courting her all along and waited for her.

Through their conflict against the antagonists, DoveHeart learnt to be humbler and kinder to Kittypets/strays and became more involved in training the newcomers. She was known later to be one of the best mentor to be trained under, and those who ended up being her apprentice would achieve greats accomplishment in their life with FoxLeaf being the first of them as he became known as the hero that stopped the great conflict and later became leader of the IrisClan.

Personnality / Trivia

-She think that the reason the clan lost so much is because of the untrained kittypets that were allowed into the clan without any preparation (which is the case) by the former leader, so she became kind of obsessed with perfection.

-She is one of the few that can climb tree and hunt bird thanks to that. This ability came from her mother.

-Apart from those who were exiled/quit the clan because of the fire incident, DoveHeart has no ressentment towards the ex-kittypets that stayed in the clan after the fire, (with her father being the exception) and that's because she knows they're great warrior and healers that long proven their worth.
