Deaf. Mysterious and aloof, even to the druids of the archive. The others turn to them for wisdom, and rumors say that they learned from Dulyanna herself. Wears a mask/veil such that only the lower half of their face can be seen clearly. Actually quite a jokester. Jovial in a nihilistic way when you get to know them. Doesn’t act personally but pulls strings here and there. Loves sharing random facts, though many are quite outdated. He does keep his astronomy knowledge recent though.
A driving force in why the archives have been made more accessible (wheelchair, braille copies of records when able, etc) and why the other archive guardians know sign language. Reinforced and strengthened many of the protective measures as well.
They were quite rebellious as a teen and ran away from the Beacon city they called home, despite the dangers of the Dark. Happened to meet his mentor and fell in love with the stars. From then on, he strove to understand their mystery and be closer to them, if only just a bit. Rose to their position through centuries of hard work, gradually becoming disillusioned with the fate he saw. Then eager to meet it and see the twists and turns that might change it.
Has no desire to marry or date. Just vibing. Tried it out long ago and decided they were fine without. Will dote on their descendants though.
