• Relationship with Brendan:
  • Aidan's father. While Aidan doesn't hold his father on a pedestal the way his brothers do, the two still have a decent relationship. He loves his dad and looks up to him, admiring what he did for Hoenn.
• Relationship with Wally:
  • Aidan's mother. Aidan is a mama’s boy at heart, having a very close relationship with Wally.
• Relationship with Peyton:
  • Aidan's older brother. While Aidan finds Peyton a bit much at times, he does care about and admire his older brother.
• Relationship with Braxton:
  • Aidan's younger brother. There's enough of an age gap between the two that while the two aren't especially close, Aidan does care about his younger brother. Their relationship eventually improves once Braxton is older.
• Relationship with Liliana:
  • Aidan's close friend and traveling companion. The two met as children and became friends mostly due to the influence of their parents, who commonly arranged play dates between the two while they were growing up. They end up traveling together once both were of traveling age, Aidan in particular not wanting to travel alone.

  • Aidan's friend and traveling companion. Aidan wasn't particularly close with Priscilla before they started traveling but had met her multiple times. They grow closer while traveling together and Priscilla ends up mentoring Aidan once he starts participating in contests.

• Sarcastic: Aidan has a dry sense of humor and isn't afraid to let others know it. It's something Liliana in particular finds especially amusing about him.
• Serious: While he has nothing against having a good time (he is just traveling for the sake of traveling, afterall), overall Aidan has a more serious approach to situations.
• Judgemental: Aidan can be harsh at times in his assessment of people, being prone to focusing on the negative aspects in others.

 Trivia

• - His name is pronounced "eye-din," as opposed to the more traditonal way to pronounce his name.
• - In early drafts for his character he had Brendan's brown hair. The change to him having inherented his hair color from his grandfather, Norman, was done on a whim while experimenting with what he would look like with varying hair colors.
