Kisa is Isamu's adoptive daughter and is unaffiliated with any nation.
She was born with one arm in a financially struggling small village. During this time period, she's heard stories growing up of "The lone traitor swordsman who can level forests and slice through mountains." However, she has yet to connect these stories to her adoptive father.
Due to her disability, she was ostracized by her family to the point where they eventually abandoned her and left her to die. A while after this, she was kidnapped and held hostage until Isamu saved her, and took her under his wing (albeit, reluctantly.)
She vows to become a great swordsman just like her father one day.
