angriest scientist ever. one eye is missing, it's blind as a bat and needs glasses to see. collects static electricity in his fur & uses it to power its zap gags. dramatic and unhinged and manic, yells ALL the time. has a hard time trusting anyone

Story
originally from an alternate timeline where the toons were defeated, he was part of what was left of the toon resistance, and was a scientist experimenting with time travel. the cogs eventually found the resistance's hideout where his lab was, and in the chaos the time travel machine exploded, displacing everyone in the vicinity in time & space. as a result, dr. sunshine ended up stranded in the clash timeline with no way back.
currently part of the shark space program. it stays in cricket's basement, trying to rebuild its time machine to get everyone home.
