He is a human and is actually in his human form most of the time. Only turns into a dragon when absolutely needed/extremely angry! But I'm attached to his dragon form so yeah >:o

[Horo was regularly injected with the cells of a dead young dragon when he was a child, allowing him to morph into the dragon]
Horo is very sweet. He is very quiet and shy, but always ready to fight to protect those he holds dear. Horologium is soft-speaking and calm, but can go into a state of intense grief when thinking about his past.
- He's a wonderful chef! Has his own restaurant business. The college gave him a lot of funds to start his cooking career.
- Has an older sister named Reticulum. She's a famous model and actor! Since Horo is shy and all, Reti does most of the talking for him.
