【 ARRAY OF CANDLES 】
Eerane Marrel is a rustblooded troll who lives in a secluded area in the woods. Others may view it as cold and closed off, which would be a very correct assumption. Eerane fancies spiritual and occult activities, which many may either find odd or interesting. Often when wandering the land around his hive, he dons a mask of a coyote's skull and a dark cloak.

- In Eerane's old design, he was a purpleblood.
- He spends free time making jewelry or knives.
- A huge suck-up if he actually likes someone.
- With spiritual practices, Eerane also gives tarot readings, and owns a vast collection of crystals.
DESIGN NOTES
- Scars on both cheeks, and in X shapes on neck and lower back. Two parallel scars on upper left arm.
- Sometimes wears knife holster around chest.
- Ears can be drawn fluffy or not.
- Two teeth on left side of necklace, three teeth on right side.
- Uneven top canine teeth.
PERSONALITY
Eerane is often cold and unwelcoming to those he doesn’t know, recognize or like. He is short tempered and territorial, often quick to resort to physical violence with people who get on his nerves. Eerane is very foul mouthed. However, on his own, Eerane is quite a peaceful person, typically quiet and minding his own business. He is very spiritual, and takes time out of his days to worship gods and bring offerings to them.
BACKSTORY
GROWING UP
As a young troll, Eerane was uninterested and drawn away from living in a community where he was connected with many others. He did not care much for making acquaintances or friends. With this, a young Eerane decided to follow a path of spirituality, and moved to live deep in the woods, where he would be surrounded by nature and life. He's always found himself fascinated with the supernatural and the cycle of life and death. He began to worship the ones who he believed controlled these forces.
Eerane collected the remains of beasts who had passed on, implenting them into altars or creating jewelry with the bones to wear.
RELIGION
Eerane has sacrificed a lot of it's life for it's beliefs. Sacrifices range from a social life, or literal blood, sweat and tears. It sees all it's sacrifices as worthy and necessary.
Eerane worships gods of death, fertility and spirits who guide those along the path. He believes in strange entities, those that harm and those that heal and those that enlighten. He has put a lot of effort in to worshipping or dispelling all of these beings. Around the entrance of his hive are statues carved of wood of these gods, embedded with crystals.
RELATIONSHIPS
Lucido is someone Eerane respects greatly, and can find himself (mostly) at peace with. He admires and is very interested in their abilities and work. At some times he finds himself at Lucido's hive more than he's at his own. Eerane is rather proud to be the only person to be able to call them "Luci."
At first upon discovering his developing feelings towards Lucido, Eerane became rather reluctant to accept them, often letting himself become easily embarrassed and shy. Of course, as time went on though, he became more comfortable and let himself get more bold. One of his favorite things in the world is Lucido's tender, gentle touch.
Canino's face is one Eerane dreads to see on a peaceful stroll through the woods. It hates everything about the little pest. The way Canino smiles, the way he reeks of death just makes Eerane's blood boil.
Many times, Canino has been a victim of Eerane's outbursts of anger. Let's just say as a result of a few of these outbursts, Canino has gained a few bruises. Eerane neither knows or understands what Canino sees in him, and isn't at all willing to offer the mutantblood his friendship. Not over his dead body.
Eerane's initial discovery and thoughts of Detoro were unpleasant. Detoro's presence being close to his own unsettles him greatly, and because of this, his attitude towards Detoro is often angry and violent. Though, it would never bother trying to physically fight him.
Similar to the bronzeblood's thoughts about him, Eerane is not fond of Detoro's lifestlye. To him, it is loud and disruptive, especially when he must be wary of snares and metal traps on peaceful walks. Eerane finds Detoro's snarky remarks and rude looks distasteful in their very brief encounters. It doesn't understand how anyone can like a man like him.
