PERSONALITY

Charming and sweet, Cupid is soft spoken and you can hear a giggle when speaking to the overseer. Seemingly- appears humble but Cupid is actually rather boastful and egotystical, a godcomplex had accumulated due to the sights that Cupid has seen due to the affects of the occulus eyes. Cupid is extremely cunning to a point of manipulating people in the palm of Cupid's hand like- its a sort of game. Sharp memory, and an even sharper tongue, Cupid is careful and very slow to anger.

HISTORY

As a rat in the family buisness, due to their mission to dismantle the very mafia that Cupid were born in- Cupid was exiled and had a hit placed as a result- however Cupid prevailed. Even with being an occulus that was rendered basically blind- Cupid still managed to raise hell against the mafia and worked down the line to dilligently rip apart the other family buisnesses connected. Cupid is the youngest overseer in the world, and one that has leveled the then climbing criminal rates single handedly.

Now ruling the region, Cupid rules with a... well the people like their overseer a bit and isn't as concerned with the security situation anymore since all is covered. Even if things are doing well now- Cupid is still managing a government that nears towards a mob... but Cupid is keeping the people safe and happy... whatever works...?

TRIVIA

• Really doesn't care how you refer to Cupid, gendered pronouns, gender neutral, none at all- Cupid just believes that Cupid is above other human beings as a whole and thats really it, this mortal life is temporary, there isn't much of a point.
• The purpose of the Agency that Cupid funds and runs is in the good name of- research, Cupid is always hungry for more knowledge and seeks to understand celestials.
• Cupid and Atsushi have a... very rocky connection. Cupid wants to learn more about the demigod and- Atsushi doesn't know his celestial side any better, but he also is greatly offput by Cupid because he knows that he can play dirty and always is strategizing one way or another.
• Cupid is the youngest child of two.

• Often Cupid's eyes are closed, Cupid doesn't have to but the overseer has a staff that is often used for navigation and- there is an eyepiece on the knob that Cupid can look through.
• Cupid sees peoples auras, can't see how people look physically or any inanimate objects- Cupid sees stardust.
