Some sort of sky spirit. Embodies the visual aspect of the sky; the colors and clouds and stars, but never dawn or dusk.

Can create wind and walk through the air, creating clouds at every step.

Speaks through faint syllables carried by the wind; this can be targeted to specific individuals like a whisper.

Goes through periods of fierce, energetic activity and calm, composed stillness. Is sustained off of creating impact to the world; rustling leaves, carving gouges in rock or bark, etc.

Somewhat nosy, becoming curious about goings-on nearby. Will observe from a distance, but unintentionally make a far more intense expression than necessary, appearing to glare or leer at a subject.

Clouds on fur can be flat markings or physical clouds orbiting the neck.
