Aquarius

An aqua-themed magical girl with a rocket launcher for a special weapon.

She's blind in her right eye due to a gun-related accident. It's her greatest shame, but it's taught her to be more careful with weapons, especially those of mass destruction. She's naturally right-handed but has taught herself to handle her gun with her left side after the incident.

Her gun has a scope on it that's fully adjustable, but she doesn't really need it because her left eye has the ability to zoom and control the trajectory of her rockets like homing missiles.
