Mascot for my music project HTCAT

Invisible-armed dolphin-tailed bucket head who works at the big downtown record store. He has the ability to turn himself invisible and any small object he can touch (like clothes), but his arms got stuck this way after staying invisible for too long as a kid.

I'd love to see him in different outfits! (please)

- Brain fluid can be any hue (must always be a light color)
- Drawing his neck is okay but optional (actually nvm please draw it)
- His skin is completely white
