Dali was raised and used to be a member of an 'anonymous organization' whose job was to 'get rid of' any target they'd choose, the same organization later disappeared for unknown reasons, multiple members seperating their way, Dali being one of them, later regretting the things she done, deciding to just follow her own path and instead of murdering people for no reason and getting into trouble, she wants to be free, relax and protect the ones she considers her friends
Eventually she finds out that old members of the group are trying to bring the organization back up, ticking her off so of course she goes out of her way to figure out what they're up to.
Dali can be a cocky and pretty fun girl to be around with sometimes and sorta carefree but her ability to move around quickly is impressive, not to mention her experience with her blade.
Dali carries a blade with her most of the time, prefers wearing casual clothing, has a mask that resembles a kitsune, she let her hair grow to distance herself from the past and not be recognized by anyone who may know and met her in the past.
