Please read everything! If I find out you're breaking my tos, you'll be warned or (most likely) immediately blacklisted. I can blacklist without warning!

Blacklist. Do not harass or send my designs to anyone here, or you'll be added.

•Please please PLEASE tell me if you intend on selling, trading, or otherwise giving away a design of mine! I may want to get them back (especially Grimmsnarl/Alcremie ocs, but I will accept any design of mine)

•Do not sell designs you bought for one currency for another, unless there's added value in that other currency! (ie. buying something for amino coins then selling for usd, and vice versa). If you no longer use Amino, you may trade the character for an appropriate amount of art.

•If you've received my design, your TOS does not override mine. 

•Drawing nsfw of designs is okay, unless they're feral and/or childlike. I am fine with designs drawn with (non-harmful) fetishes, but do not associate me with them.

•Do NOT draw hateful or generally disgusting art (ie. proshipping, anti-lgbt+, etc.) with my designs.

•Do not sell a freebie for anything unless value is added. However, you can trade/gift them with my permission. (picrews, dollmakers, etc. do not count as added value) 

•Do not claim my art as yours! If you post my art or designs on other platforms, or use a base I've made, please credit my toyhouse.

•Please don't delete my designs off toyhouse! I need this site to keep track of them all. If you delete an older design there's a good chance they won't be able to be restored, as I sometimes delete art off Ibispaint for more storage space. 

•If you redesign a design of mine, please make them at least somewhat recognizable! I do like being made aware of redesigns, but it's not required. (small changes such as scars, extra markings, or new outfits can be made without letting me know)

•Do not send my designs to a shelter or donation account! If you no longer want a design of mine, send them directly back to me. If you're a shelter account with my design, I have every right to ask for them back regardless of what is required to get them. 

•Do not use my art/designs for nfts or ai baloney! I don't consent to these things whatsoever.
