The Herald of Winds, a symbol of natural destruction caused by tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons, gusts, suffocation, etc. Oiche is high-energy and upbeat, having taken to his work as a Herald arguably the best. Though he doesn't necessarily delight in harming others, he enjoys seeing "arrogant" people be "put in their place" and knowing that he's contributing to a part of the cycles' great religions. His dedication to his craft informs his general distaste for the other Herald's lack of motivation, and he's often trying to drag them into work and collaborations with him.
