1. You may not resell my designs for more than you paid for them, except in cases where there is extra art that you either drew yourself or commissioned art that you paid for. If you are interested in applying value to your own artwork, please base the value on your current commission prices. 
2. If you receive my designs as a gift or through a trade, you may not resell them unless there is extra art that you either drew yourself or commissioned art that you paid for. If you are interested in applying value to your own artwork, please base the value on your current commission prices. This rule does not apply if you need to sell characters in order to afford necessities - however, I ask that you let the purchaser know the circumstances regarding how you previously obtained the character.
3. I allow redesigns of any caliber for all of my designs. However, I ask that you keep the original design somewhere on the character's profile page. 
4. If you file a chargeback without contacting me to discuss any issues beforehand, you will be automatically blacklisted. I am always happy to make changes on commissions or discuss refund options when applicable.
5. You may not gift, trade, resell, or otherwise transfer my designs to blacklisted users.
