The water within Callisto's chest can self-replenish over time and can be accessed via opening his chest with his special key, or by the tips of his fingers. The water within him has incredible healing properties and will heal those even on the brink of death--however, the more severe the wound or ailment, the more water is needed. As such, his water is very precious and he keeps this ability secret. On occasion, he'll rescue small sea creatures by placing them into his chest for healing within the healing water.

Callisto appears to have a natural affinity with the ocean. He can "feel" the ocean and subsequently, the ocean's wrath. He is able to soothe it by singing to it with his melodious voice. However, if the ocean's anger is directed at a targeted enemy such as those who do whaling, activities that cause pollution and the like, he stands aside and simply watches the ocean display it's might--though he will protect the innocent caught in the crossfire.
